We refuse to allow email addresses posted on this website to be collected without permission using email collection programs or other technical devices, and please keep in mind that any violation of this will be subject to criminal punishment under the Information and Communications Network Act.

No one may collect e-mail addresses using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses from an Internet homepage that expresses a refusal to collect e-mail addresses.
No one may sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph 1.
Anyone who knows that an e-mail address is prohibited from collection, sale and distribution under the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not use it to transmit information.
